We take pride in offering high-quality fragrance and lifestyle products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Retail perfumes, hand sanitisers, diffusers & room sprays
In-studio & pop-up purchases
All purchases made at our studio or pop-up booths are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This applies to:
- Perfumes
- Room sprays
- Diffusers
- Hand sanitisers
- Other fragrance or personal care products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been sold.

Online orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective
If any of the above happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nowlaterstudio@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once we review your case, we'll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit, subject to availability.

Important notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference or change of mind.
- To be eligible for any resolution, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our policy guidelines.

Workshop cancellations & refunds
We understand that life happens, and we're happy to offer refunds based on how much notice you give us:

Transfers, reschedules & processing
| Last-minute cancellation | You can transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. |

| Rescheduling | A class can be rescheduled only once, to be fair to all customers and instructors. Let us know via WhatsApp, Instagram or email at least 1 week before your class date. |
| Refund processing | Refunds are processed within 14–30 days to your original payment method. |
