We take pride in offering high-quality fragrance and lifestyle products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

🛍️ In-Studio & Pop-Up Purchases

All purchases made at our studio or pop-up booths are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

This applies to:

• Perfumes

• Room Sprays

• Diffusers

• Hand Sanitizers

• Other fragrance or personal care products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been sold.

📦 Online Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

• The product is defective

If you encounter any of the above, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

You can transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
